Exam Voucher Policy
Candidates can purchase pre-paid exam vouchers directly from GAQM Online-Store or by sending an email to vouchers@gaqm.org.
To redeem a voucher as payment when scheduling a test, simply indicate Voucher as the payment method and provide the voucher number.
The Exam Voucher is not valid after the expiration date, may not be redeemed for cash, credit or refund, and may not be used for any other exam.
Note: GAQM recommends Premium Pack for participants who are seeking certification from GAQM, the premium pack comprises of an E-Learning package and an Exam Voucher.

Reasons why a voucher may not be accepted:
- The voucher number is being entered incorrectly
- The incorrect exam code is being used
- The voucher is expired or has already been used
- All vouchers are pre-paid. Vouchers are non-refundable and non-returnable.
- The test date chosen is beyond the voucher expiration date (exams must be taken prior to the expiry date)
