Candidates who fail their first (1st) attempt at an exam can retake it at any time.
If a Candidate does not pass the exam in the second (2nd) attempt, the candidate must wait for a period of at least fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of their attempt to retake the exam for third (3rd) time or any subsequent time.
Candidate has to apply the Voucher Code to schedule the exam via ProctorU for each attempt.
The retake voucher code can only be redeemed for the exact same exam that was administered in the first failed attempt. You cannot take a different exam with a retake voucher code
All original vouchers must be used prior to their expiration dates, without exception.
